In another scene from Bruce Ricker’s 1979 jazz documentary “The Last of the Blue Devils” tenor saxophonists Eric Dixon and Jimmy Forrest tear it up on screen with the Basie band.

A brief audio interview segment with Lester Young inter-spliced in which he sheds light on his early days with Basie and how “Jumpin’ at the Woodside” got its name.
