*China Boy” is a popular song written in 1922 by Phil Boutelje and Dick Winfree. It was first introduced in vaudeville by Henry E. Murtagh, and popularized by the Paul Whiteman Orchestra’s 1929 Columbia recording featuring Bix Beiderbecke.
